You all are gigantic monsters trying to reign in Tokyo. On your turn you may roll dice thrice and keep any dice you like at any juncture. The dice rolled give you victory points, deal damage on other monsters, heal your life-point, or obtain energy which can be converted to special abilities. Occupying Tokyo lets you smash on other monsters in one blow and gives you victory points each turn; but multiple bombardments may rain on you, and healing can’t take effect while in Tokyo.
